How long does order processing take?
- Orders require 2-3 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery timeframes vary based on your selected shipping method at checkout. Please note that once your package is with the carrier, delivery speed is managed by them.
How are shipping fees determined?
- Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on your order's total weight and delivery location during the checkout process.
How do I track my package?
- You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number immediately after purchase. A separate email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Can I update my delivery address?
- Address changes may be possible if your order hasn't entered the packing stage yet. Contact us immediately with your order number and updated address, and we'll do our best to accommodate the change.

What are the processing and delivery times?
- Processing takes 2-3 business days, with shipping duration depending on your chosen method at checkout. Once handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is beyond our control.
How much does international shipping cost?
- International rates are calculated automatically by USPS/UPS/DHL based on package weight and destination. We don't have control over these carrier-determined costs.
Am I responsible for customs fees?
- Yes, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply. These fees vary by country and are not something we can predict or control.
Where do you ship internationally?
- We ship to nearly all countries globally. Some locations may have limited shipping options, which you'll see available choices during checkout.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
- Contact us right away if you need to cancel. Please note: During major product launches or restocks, cancellations must be requested within 24 hours. Email: colormimii@gmail.com Since we process orders quickly, we cannot guarantee all cancellation requests can be fulfilled.
- Digital download purchases are final and non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
